ZillionMart Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZillionMart! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: High order volumes or sudden supply chain disruptions may cause minor delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and XpressBees) to ensure your products reach you safely and quickly across India.

  • Standard Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat convenience fee of ₹0 applies to all COD orders to cover courier handling charges. 

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days

    • Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or restricted access areas.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery process for COD orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package and make the payment.

  • Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be Returned to Origin (RTO).

  • Note: Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders at the doorstep may have their COD privileges restricted for future purchases.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our website’s [Track Order] page or on the respective courier partner's website.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

ZillionMart is not liable for any products lost during transit, but we will do everything in our power to help you. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can raise a dispute with the courier partner.

6. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please refuse the delivery if the box appears severely tampered with. If you discover the damage after opening, take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us immediately at zillionmartindia@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
